نبذة عن سيطرة الماضي


الكل له ماضي, يغرق في التفكير فيه, و يحلم بالرجوع إليه, ليغير منه ما يمكن تغيره, و لكن التطرق الكبير إلى الماضي, و التشبث بمشاكله, قد يزيد من الإكتئاب, و الشعور بعدم الثقة على قدرة الواقع لتغييره, و محوه تماما من الذاكرة.

طرق التخلص من سيطرة الماضي علينا

يجب العمل على فصل الماضي عن الحاضر, و الإيمان بالتغيير للأفضل, بترك كل ما يخص الماضي, و القيام برميه بعيدا, عن طريق:

تذكر الأشياء السيئة, كما يتم تذكر الأشياء الحسنة

عند التعرض لشيئ سيئ في الماضي, فإننا نصوره بطريقة جميلة, و رائعة, كأن شيئا لم يحدث, متناسين, و متغاضين عن الأمور السيئة التي سببت تلك المشكلة, كالمرور بعلاقة صداقة فاشلة, و شعورنا بالندم عن الأشياء الجميلة التي مررنا خلالها, ولكن تذكر الأسباب التي أدت إلى فشلها, و المشاكل التي صاحبتها, كل ذلك يخفف من الرجوع إلى التفكير فيها, و الشعور بالندم على شيئ فائت, لا يمكن إصلاحه.

التفكير بسلسلة من ردود الأفعال

نسمع كثيرا بالمثل الذي يقول, عندما يغلق باب أمامك, يفتح باب آخر من حيث لا تدري, و هو من مبدأ أنه قد تتخلى عن شيئ تحبه, أو إعتدت على وجوده, لظرف من الظروف, و تظن بأن كل شيئ إنتهى, و لا وجود للأمل, ولكن يأتي القدر ليفتح لك بابه, بحيث يمدك بشيئ لم تكن تتخيله, و يكون أفضل من ما مضى, ليبدد الغمامة السوداء, و يحل محلها نورا مضيئا

عدم استعمال جملة (لماذا لو)

عتبر التفكير المستمر, غير المنقطع بالماضي, من الأمور المتعبة, و غير الصحية, فدوام التفكير بسبب ما حصل قديما, أو لماذا لم يحصل شيئ آخر يصب في المصلحة, يؤدي إلى حالة من الملل و التوتر, المصحوب بعدم الثقة, و إزعاج الآخرين, لذلك يجب الإيمان بأن كل شيئ مقدر و مكتوب, و تعويد النفس على تقبل الماضي, بسيئاته و حسناته, و إجبارها على ذلك مهما كان الثمن, للحصول على راحة البال, و الحفاظ على الجسم من الإرهاق المستمر.

هل يمكن اعادة الحياة الى مسارها الصحيح؟

يعود البعض إلى الماضي, و يرجع بالنظر إليه, لأنه قد يكون أفضل من الحاضر الذي يعيش فيه, و لكن جعل الماضي كمرجع يعود إليه الشخص عند شعوره بالضيق, لا يفيد, بل يزيد من التعاسة, لأنه من الصعب الرجوع لما سبق و القيام بإصلاحه, ولكن من الممكن التفكر فيه, و الإستفادة من أخطاءه, و عدم تكرار الوقوع بمثلها, فالندم لا يفيد الآن, بل لابد من العمل, على إصلاح الأمور, و جعلها أكثر واقعية.

كيف يمكن صنع اشياء جديدة تفيدنا في التخلص من الماضي؟

و ذلك بإختراع طرق تريحك من التفكير بالماضي, و تبعياته, كالقيام بالتعبير عن مشاعرك و أفكارك, المتعلقة بالماضي, و كتابتها على ورق, أو القيام برسمها, بدلا من كتابتها, بحيث تبين لنفسك الأسباب التي لم تدفعك, للتغاضي عن ما مضى, في وقت مبكر.
